Cancellation policy
Damage deposit
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 30% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 60 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 60 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid. The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation of a stay during Christmas/New Eve Holiday – NO REFUND
Cancellation at least 60 days before arrival – TOTAL REFUND
Cancellation at least 45 days before arrival – REFUND OF DEPOSIT ONLY
Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival – NO REFUND
If the tenant does not arrive on the agreed day and subsequently does not contact the agent within 24 hours, the contract is considered null and void. In such cases, the agent will keep any payment. The agent will also be free to trent the property to other tenants.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, you will be asked to give a major credit card as security deposit.
The damage deposit is 25% of the total amount but no charges will be applied to the card unless there is damage to the apartment or it’s furniture during the rental period.
If the cost of repairing damage or breakages is higher than the sum of the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the difference. The damage deposit can in no way be considered as part of the rental price for t amounthe property.
